The Pregnancy Support Center is a non-profit that has been serving HALIFAX COUNTY and the surrounding area since 2004. We provide free and confidential, compassionate, holistic care and support to anyone making decisions about unintended pregnancy. 

Our services are offered free of charge. Our focus is on helping you; we do not benefit financially from your pregnancy decision. Before you make a pregnancy decision, you need to know the answer to these 3 questions:

1. Am I pregnant?
2. If I am pregnant, is my pregnancy viable?
3. How far along am I?

We will provide you with answers to these questions through pregnancy testing and, for qualified clients, pregnancy confirmation through limited obstetrical ultrasound. Our desire is to help you aspire to a healthy choice for an unexpected pregnancy, sexual risk avoidance or healing after an abortion decision. Our goal is to provide a positive, grace-filled experience.
